Life’s been…a lot lately, right? If you’re feeling it too, you’re not alone.

Come hang out with us for Pause + Reset: A Community Sound Bath — a super chill, no-pressure way to hit pause and just breathe for a little while.
We always try to make our community gatherings a whole vibe. Cozy, grounding, and full of good energy. But this one? It’s going to be extra special. This is our first sound bath in the new space and Brightside Cafe will be here offering complementary tea service.

What to bring:

• Comfy clothes you can relax in

• A yoga mat or camp chair to sit or lie down on (we’ll be on wood floors)

• A small pillow for your head or knees

• A blanket to make your own cozy little space and find that perfect body temperature

Come and take a moment for yourself. Know you are welcome exactly as you are.
