Pause & Pour is a gentle, nourishing workshop created for mums at all stages of motherhood.

Hosted by Hey Mama Candle Co. and The Settling Nest, this afternoon is an invitation to slow down, connect, and celebrate motherhood in a calm and creative space.

What to expect:

Together, we’ll take time to pause with a guided mindful meditation led by Emily of The Settling Nest - before moving into the creative process of pouring your own soy wax candle with Kendall of Hey Mama Candle Co.

Emily from The Settling Nest will guide a gentle 30-minute mindfulness experience created especially for mums. This is not about learning techniques or doing anything perfectly. It is a quiet space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Through simple grounding practices and guided reflection, you’ll explore what you need in this season of motherhood and anchor that intention into the candle you create. An opportunity to slow down, reset your nervous system and leave feeling calm, steady and supported.

You’ll then be guided through the candle making process with a short introduction into the process, the eco friendly products used and why, before choosing a scent that resonates with you, designing your own label and creating your own hand-poured, soy wax, plastic and paraben-free tin candle to take home*
