Pause & Exhale is a heart-led immersive sound healing journey designed to support deep rest and nervous system relaxation.
In a world that asks us to keep moving, this is a space to pause. A space where you can arrive exactly as you are, let go of the outside noise, and allow yourself to be held in stillness, sound, and rest.
Together, we’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided meditation as you settle into a deeply immersive sound bath using soothing instruments and resonant tones to help calm the mind, relax the body, and create space to restore from within.
No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome. Whether you’re feeling stretched, overwhelmed, curious, or simply needing time to refill your own cup, this evening is here for you.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, water bottle and anything else that will help you feel warm, comfortable, and supported. I will have some spare mats and bolsters if you need to borrow one.
