In a quaint natural-lit studio nestled among the trees, we will focus on a variety of meditation techniques including but not limited to: mindfulness, active, visualization, breathwork, pranayama, mantra + yoga nidra
Practices may be seated upright in a chair or lying flat on a yoga mat. Bring a mat if you have one (we have a limited amount available).
