Pauper Commander is played in 4 player pods with 100 card Singleton or Highlander Decks.Each deck must be 100 cards and have no two cards the same, except for Basic Land.
Your Commander may be any Uncommon Creature.
The Rest of your Deck must be cards printed at Common.
Your Deck must follow the Color Identity of your Commander(s).
Players play with 30 Life and 16 Commander Damage.
Will will play 2x 90-minute rounds.
