Paul Page Memorial Golf Tournament 2026

Join us Monday, May 18th for a beautiful day of golf and fun at Woodland Country Club! We will honor Paul by enjoying golf and friends, two of his very favorite things.

When Paul was first diagnosed with lung cancer, we created a charity, 19 Strong. 19, because that was Paul’s football number when he was a proud All-American football player at Butler University. Strong, because that was the epitome of Paul Page in everything he did in life.

The mission of 19 Strong is to fulfill a dream of Paul’s to help raise money and offset expenses for those who are diagnosed with this ugly disease. Paul’s treatments were costly and he was blessed to be able to participate in several trials. These trials and hospital stays came with medicines and other costs that were tremendously expensive and are cost-prohibitive to so many. This unfairness drove Paul to want to help others, as was his life mission anyway.

How to Register Your Foursome for the Golf Outing:

You can register your group using one of the following payment methods:

1. Pay by Credit Card - Sign up through Eventbrite and send an email with the names of all four golfers to [email protected]
2. Pay by Check - Print the registration form and mail it along with your check to the address listed on the form. You may also email the registration to confirm your spot!

You can become a sponsor using one of the following payment methods:

1. Pay by Credit Card - Sign up through Eventbrite.
2. Pay by Check - Print and complete the sponsorship form and mail it along with your check to the address listed on the form. You may also email the form.

Email graphics to [email protected]. Preferred file formats are PDF, PNG, or JPEG. For individual or family sponsors, please include the names exactly as you would like them displayed on event signage.
