Over the past three-and-a-half decades, Paul Loether has become known across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and the Baltimore/Washington, DC, area as a left-handed, “Pete Seeger-style” folksinger, songwriter, songfinder, and storyteller. In addition to his solo performances, from 1998-2007, Paul performed as a founding member of the Farmington, CT-based duo (later trio) "Bookends;" from 2009-2018, he was a founding member, lead vocalist, stand-up bass player, and guitarist for the popular Washington, DC, area band, "Silver Strings MD." His expressive vocals and "melded" Elizabeth Cotton/Merle Travis/Maybelle Carter-style guitar fingerpicking cover of a wide array of traditional and contemporary folk artists—from Stephen Foster, Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, Phil Ochs, and Tom Paxton, to Bill Staines, Nanci Griffith, John McCutcheon, Carrie Newcomer, Guy Clark, and Townes Van Zandt. His usually topical originals feature clever, well-crafted, and often humorous lyrics (see:
). All sales proceeds from Paul's two most recent CD's--"Late Night Radio" and "Paul and Richard Together Again with Friends"--benefit the Shoreline Soup Kitchens.

Jim Lampos is a singer-songwriter who has gained international recognition for his music. He has toured nationally, been featured on network television including VH-1, and has received airplay on hundreds of stations. His albums and tours have received accolades from the New Orleans Times Picayune, Newsday, and the Concord Monitor among many more. Rick Koster of the New London Day called him “A songwriter of the highest order” He has released 9 albums, and his latest--"Occulations"-- has been riding high on the Roots Music Report charts for 72 weeks straight, debuting at #1 on the prestigious NACC (North American College and Community) chart. The Day calls his new album, ”an intricate, ambitious collection of tunes with fresh twists on traditional folk blueprints and yearning melodies.” Radio Guitar One says: “If you are a fan of the heyday of folk music and the master songwriters of that time, this record is a must listen. All ten tracks are quite wonderful and thought provoking (see: Crossing Longfellow Bridge). Jim Lampos is truly a poet trapped in the body of a musician, He easily blurs the lines between music and poetry creating a soundscape that is not only pleasing to the ears, but also the soul” (see:
)
