For over ten years, living jazz legend Valery Ponomarev (of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers) has played at the Jazz Bar during the Fringe. We have a special off-season version of the show, where his trusted rhythm section of Jazz Bar regulars, along with returning homegrown international talent Paul Kirby, play a special selection of Art Blakey’s music.
