Australian songwriter and producer Paul Greene releases his long-awaited tenth studio album, Get Loved, on February 17, 2025, marking a major milestone in a career built on authenticity, independence, and powerful live connection. Pre-release is available now on Bandcamp.Blending Americana, soul, alt-country and indie influences, Greene has developed a sound that is distinctive, timeless, and emotionally fearless. Known for striking lyrics, warm melodic craft, and deeply human performances, his music has earned a loyal following across Australia and internationally.
Get Loved is Paul Greene’s most ambitious and personal work to date. The album explores love, loss, self-discovery, and resilience, delivered with vulnerability, warmth, and a strong sense of celebration. It captures an artist returning to the heart of songwriting—songs that are lived-in, slightly imperfect, and deeply believable. Recorded and produced by Greene at his Sounds Delicious Studio, the album was tracked almost entirely live, with single takes, real performances, and no autotune, allowing the humanity of the songs to remain front and centre. Greene performs most instruments himself, supported by longtime collaborators including Melanie Horsnell and legendary drummer Angus Diggs (Diesel, Cactus Child).
Raised in Falls Creek near Jervis Bay (NSW South Coast), Greene has built his career outside industry convention, earning respect through relentless touring, collaboration, and independent release. His ARIA-finalist album Behind The Stars and numerous side projects—including Hirst & Greene (with Midnight Oil’s Rob Hirst), Bright Dust, Caliko, and production work for James Blundell’s comeback album Back To Woolshed Creek—reflect his versatility and standing within the Australian music community.
Paul Greene’s reputation has been built on captivating live shows—intimate, emotionally charged, and deeply engaging. With Get Loved, he is returning to his roots, touring both traditional venues and overlooked regional spaces. Performances can be tailored from solo acoustic to full band, always delivered with honesty and soul.
