Join us for an evening of live music as Paul Baron makes his stage debut at Ascension Coffee House on Friday, October 10th, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Tonsmeire Hall at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension (205 W. Cherokee Ave., Cartersville)."Inspired by the quality and creativity he heard from Rick and his guest songwriters at the Ascension Coffee House, Paul bought a ukulele and a poster of chord charts when he retired. Self-taught in both ukulele operation and songwriting, it’s become a continuously challenging and satisfying hobby. After years of lighting the tea candles prior to the show, he will now present his songs in his first ever featured appearance on stage."
Rick McKee will serve as musical host for the evening. Guests can enjoy complimentary sweets, coffee, and sodas. You're also welcome to bring your own dinner, snacks, and beverages to enjoy at your table.
Admission is free, though cash donations are gratefully accepted to support the Clergy Discretionary Fund. Donations of toiletry items for the Red Door Food Pantry are also greatly appreciated.
This is a community-wide listening room event, and all are welcome. Come enjoy great music while supporting meaningful local causes.
