In this course you will be guided through the patternmaking process to create a basic sewing pattern from your favourite garment (garment chosen is to be a basic shape due to being an introductory course).Learn key principles of making a sewing pattern.
Bring to class patternmaking equipment as required in the equipment list.
The tutor will supply paper for pattern development.
At the end of the day, take home your basic sewing pattern based on your favourite garment and start your next sewing project.
You will need to purchase sewing supplies and materials, prices could range between $50 – $100+ depending on what you already have.
