The Coventry Historical Society Inc is holding a " Shot Heard Round Town" day on April 19 at the Strong-Porter Museum. Join us and Nathan Hale Ancient Fifes and Drums and Knowlton's Rangers. See displays of Militia, firelocks from our collection and others, artillery courtesy of Captain Stephen Bucklands Artillery, affiliate of Coventry's own Nathan Hale Ancient Fife and Drum Corp. A representation of a officers’ and enlisted mans’ camp setups will also be on display. We encourage both members and non-members to participate. Free and open to the public.
