Well known and highly regarded Ballybofey artist Patrick McMenamin marked a major personal and creative milestone in March 26 with the release of his debut EP The More Things Change.An exquisitely written, lovingly performed 5 track offering, The More Things Change explores nostalgia, emotional reckoning and the fear of never reaching your full potential. It manages the impressive feat of feeling both deeply personal and widely relatable.
At the heart of the EP is Do or Die – a track that captures the stillness after upheaval, when clarity slowly replaces chaos, blending the atmospheric vulnerability of Bon Iver with the grit of Bruce Springsteen and the driving energy of Kings Of Leon.
