• Be punctual for the rides
“Arriving late was a way of saying that your own time was more valuable than the time of the person who waited for you”
• Ensure that your bicycles are in roadworthy condition and that your tires have air before you come to the ride in the morning. Early morning repairs delay the start of the ride.
• Stay to the left side of the road when riding
• Ride in two parallel lines at most and maintain discipline for safety purposes
• Respect the countryside and leave it tidy
