May is Mental Health Awareness Month! �The Methuen Police and the PATH Program knows that mental health is just as important as physical health, but it shouldn’t be a journey anyone walks alone. This month, we aren’t just raising awareness; we’re building a stronger, more connected #Methuen.
You’re invited to PATHways to Wellness: A Community Celebration!
Whether you want to learn how to better support a struggling loved one, discover what the PATH Program offers, or connect with local wellness resources, this event is for YOU.
What’s happening:
� Education: Gain actionable skills on how to recognize and respond to a mental health crisis.
� Interactive Activities: Add your voice to our "Wellness Wall" and enjoy some music.
� Take-Aways: Leave with a printed "Support Toolkit" and swag from local partners.
� Whole-Person Resources: Meet partners covering social, emotional, and overall wellness and resources in our community.

� When: Wednesday, May 20th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
� Where: Sanborn Hall, Methuen Police Dept (90 Hampshire St)
� Access: Please use Entrance B
� Cost: FREE and open to the public!
