Seniors and people with disabilities are warmly invited to a free, in-person 90-minute Emergency Preparedness Training hosted by the Progressive Center for Independent Living (PCIL), supported by the Inclusive Healthy Communities Grant.
Build your own personalized “Go Kit”
Create a communication plan for emergencies
Understand evacuation options and safety strategies
Identify local and community resources
Feel more confident navigating unexpected situations
Whether it’s a storm, power outage, or another emergency, being prepared can reduce stress and help you stay in control. This training is designed to be accessible, practical, and empowering.
