Event Policies:
- No refunds will be issued, regardless of compatibility outcomes.
- No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend after purchasing tickets.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to future events.
- Tickets are non-transferable to friends or family.
- Attendees must be 18 or older
- Due to space limitations, chaperones/mahrams cannot be accommodated. Staff will be available on-site for support if needed.
- We do not accommodate requests from individuals seeking a second spouse.
- Only Muslims with a British passport may attend.
- Arrivals after 2:30pm will be refused entry or incur a £25 late fee. Please arrive by 2:00pm.
- Event photography and videography will be conducted by the organizers for social media and promotional purposes. Personal photography or videography is allowed, but only non-identifying photos. We encourage guests to tag us on social media when sharing. Respect the privacy of others, please.
- Attendees must behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior, language, or abuse will result in ejection and possible police involvement.
All personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy, and will be securely stored to ensure confidentiality.
