About this Event
The mission of this workshop is to support Boston’s workforce by providing clear, accessible education around first-time homeownership. Through trusted local partnerships, we aim to connect residents with information on housing opportunities, mortgages, and city- and state-level loan and grant programs that help make homeownership in Boston more attainable.
This homeownership workshop is designed to support Boston’s workforce — including healthcare workers, educators, first responders, and union members — who are interested in buying their first home. The session will provide clear, practical education on the homebuying process, available housing opportunities, and Boston- and Massachusetts-based mortgage, loan, and grant programs.
Attendees will hear from trusted local housing professionals and lenders who specialize in first-time homebuyer programs. The workshop is informational and educational, with time for questions and resources to help participants understand their options and next steps toward homeownership.
