This workshop helps business owners review how professional and robust their business is as it grows and identify growth improvements.
About this Event

As a business grows, the way it is set up and run becomes increasingly important. Informal arrangements and basic structures that worked early on can start to create risk, reduce credibility, or make the business harder to manage.

This workshop helps business owners review how professional and robust their business is as it grows, and identify where greater structure, formality, and clarity are needed. This includes business setup, protection, administration, tools, and ways of working.

Participants explore practical ways to strengthen foundations, improve organisation and efficiency, and reduce reliance on the owner. The workshop also introduces AI as a personal business assistant to support organisation, research, writing, and analysis. It is suitable for businesses at different stages and does not require technical or specialist knowledge.
