Dumfries & Galloway Bipolar Self-Management Training
Join us in Dumfires in February for Bipolar Scotland’s in-person Self-Management Training (SMT) – a supportive, practical course designed specifically for people living with a diagnosis of bipolar.
Over two days, you’ll work in a small group setting led by trained facilitators. Together, you’ll explore tools, strategies, and resources to help you better understand your condition and feel more confident managing day-to-day life.
This course is designed to be informal, empowering, and rooted in peer support. You’ll learn more about what influences your mood, identify early warning signs, and develop your own personal plan to stay well – all while connecting with others who truly understand.

Who is it for?
This course is open to anyone in Scotland with a bipolar diagnosis who feels ready to explore how self-management could work for them.

Free of charge – thanks to our funders and supporters, we are able to offer this course at no cost to participants.
