Join employers and industry experts at this interactive session hosted by Leeds Beckett University and focusing on how T Level qualifications and industry placements can offer a recruitment pathway for employers and an opportunity for young people to gain practical experience and valuable insights into careers in manufacturing and engineering.
Students and apprentices will share their experience and we will explore best practice in apprentice retention, together with the key role mentoring plays in apprenticeship training. Practical support available to employers to get the best from industry placements and help develop effective mentoring programmes will be outlined.
