This is a FREE transition resource event for families and students impacted by a disability. We encourage families and students of all ages to join us for this event. You will be able to talk with experts and learn about a variety of agencies providing support during the transition process and/or for young adults. Feel free to come and go as needed during the two hour event.Agencies include, but are not limited to:
Columbia Public Schools, Missouri Parent's Act, MU Thompson Center, Encircle, Woodhaven, Midwest Inclusive Postsecondary Alliance, etc.
