Join us this Good Friday for the Path to Calvary March in Wilkes Barre. This public gathering is a time to remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, proclaim the gospel, and stand together in unity through prayer and worship.
The event will begin at the Wilkes Barre Public Square with opening remarks and prayer led by Pastor Dan, also known as Preacher Preaching on social media, followed by a reading of Scripture. Afterward, participants will take part in a peaceful and prayerful march up Market Street, across the Market Street Bridge, and return back to the Public Square. Local police will be present to assist with traffic and guard crosswalks along the route.
Upon returning, Pastor Kevin Lloyd will share a Spirit filled message centered on Christ and the power of the cross. The gathering will then continue with praise and worship led by Colossians 316.
All are welcome to attend. Families are encouraged to come and be part of this meaningful time of faith, reflection, and public witness as we lift up the name of Jesus together.
