A 2-hour guided journey to rest, release, and remember
the peace that’s always been here beneath the noise.
Through storytelling, somatic grounding, and reflection,
you’ll be gently led through three stages —
LISTEN Softening open to presence.
REMEMBER Sinking into the peace within.
REFLECT Rippling the light of peace out into the world.
You'll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to the deep wellspring of peace within you.
