In this workshop, participants will explore how to build interactive patches in the free software VCV Rack that respond in real time to your voice, instrument, or other sound sources. You’ll discover how to trigger sounds with a microphone input, transform your voice with glitchy processing, and create effects that shift and evolve based on how you play. If you’d like to patch along with Sarah, bring a laptop with VCV Rack installed. You can also just watch, take notes, and ask questions!
