Pastels with Audrey DulmesSaturday, March 14: 1-4 pm
We will be having fun painting a fanciful still life, using the lush colors of pastel! No experience is necessary. Several still lifes will be set up throughout the classroom. Students will work on simple shapes, color and the distinguishing qualities of pastel. The goal is to enjoy the pastel properties and use them for individual expression. The instructor, an award-winning pastel painter, looks forward to presenting all the wonderful ways you can make marks with the pastel and what an enjoyable medium it is. She believes that working from life is the best way for that to happen. All supplies are included.
