The Pastel Nagomi Art is an art healing technique developed in Japan. The term "Nagomi" embodies concepts of calmness, hope, and harmony. Through the process of creating Pastel Nagomi Art, you will experience balance and tranquillity.

This mindful workshop combines mindfulness and Pastel Nagomi Art. We’ll begin with a mindful breathing exercise, helping you to connect your body and mind as you settle into the moment. Using soft pastel, stencils, painting with fingers, and a simple, unique technique, you will create heart-warming, calming and harmonious artworks. Regardless of age, art skills or experience, everyone can enjoy making artwork.

In the workshop, you will understand the background of Pastel Nagomi Art and how it calms your mind, connects your mind and body in the present moment and soothes your emotions. We will teach you the unique technique of colour-mixing and blending pastel powder and how to use stencils to create a lovely artwork.

No experience is necessary to join this workshop, and all materials are provided.
