About this Event
Rome is a city famed for it's culture, ancient history, and of course, its pasta! Each Italian region and city is known for unique and authentic pastas dishes, and Rome is famed for its 3 classic pasta dishes: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana
In this Roman pasta series, we will explore these pasta dishes one by one! The class is fully interactive, everyone gets to cook, come hungry because dinner is included!
