Pastaramics workshop - a creative session with Cucina Italiana on the occasion of the Dutch Design Week.
What are we going to do?
A fun, relaxing, sensory-rich workshop to learn how to make fresh semolina pasta and your own personal ceramic ‘rigagnocchi’. A creative experience that turns ancient gestures into modern design, taking a journey through shapes and textures where fresh pasta becomes a piece of art, shaped in innovative forms with a new ceramic tool.
What will you learn?
How to make fresh semolina pasta, the classic vegan Italian pasta made from scratch, guided by Ailén Gamberoni from Cucina Italiana Eindhoven. How to create your own ceramic kitchen tool, step by step, using basic hand-building techniques to shape your ‘ricagnocchi’ according to your personal preferences.
What will you take home?
Your own fresh pasta and a handcrafted ceramic ‘rigagnocchi’ to play with every time, experimenting with new shapes and healthy recipes. You develop the skills to make pasta and ceramics, most importantly, creating memories of a fun, relaxing, and unique experience.

Min participants: 4
Cost: 85 euros per person. The coat includes the VAT, material, pasta recipe, and kiln firing cost.
Your piece will be available for pick up in 4 weeks (a Wednesday, 19:00-22:00)
You can then show it off to your friends and family or make a close one happy with a customized gift.
