As the temperature drops, gather your friends and loved ones for Pasta Elegante’s Winter Workshop — a heartwarming escape into the art of handmade pasta. Learn to knead, roll, and shape fresh dough while embracing an exclusive culinary experience & pasta heritage!

Each class welcomes participants in an elegant setting, with a hands-on workshop, filled with laughter! Together, we’ll handcraft 2–4 classic pasta shapes; from ribbons of pappardelle, hearty capunti, and lovely sorpresine, & more!
All made with freshly imported Italian ingredients; even the flour is softer than petals, and the dough turns out irresistibly silky. Along the way, we’ll review sauces, share fascinating pasta facts, and provide pasta care instructions.
