About this Event
In this interactive Cooking Social, you’ll work side by side with Chef Jorge to create fresh pasta from scratch while learning essential techniques you can bring back to your own kitchen. Come solo, bring a date, or gather some friends—this is all about cooking, connecting, and enjoying great food together.
On the Menu:
- Linguini Aglio e Olio with Asparagus
Fresh linguini tossed in garlic-infused olive oil with seasonal asparagus and a touch of heat - Orecchiette with Sausage, Peas and Pomodoro
A rustic southern Italian classic with savory sausage, sweet peas, and tomato - Ricotta and Shrimp Ravioli with Lemon Cream Sauce
Delicate handmade ravioli filled with creamy ricotta and shrimp, finished in a bright lemon cream
