This class explores the rustic, soulful cuisine of Brittany, a region where the sea and countryside meet.
On the menu tonight:
Ricotta Gnocchi with Basil Tomato Sauce
Delicate pillows of ricotta and potatoes in a fresh sauce made from tomatoes, herbs and aromatics
Lemon Black Pepper Fettucine with Chicken Mushroom Sauce
Incorporating lemon zest and black pepper directly into the pasta gives your flavours a head start! Paired with a rich chicken mushroom sauce
Very Lemony Lemon Curd
Zesty lemons in a custard - delicious on it's own, with cookies or tarts
$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food allergies, taste aversions or other concerns.
