About this Event
Learn how to make pasta like a tiny Italian Nonna (or Nonno). Master the art of crafting homemade pasta dough and learn how to make pasta shapes.
We will being with making a fresh egg pasta dough. Next, you will learn how to thin out the dough and form it into 3 pasta shapes.
At the end of the class, we will eat what we make with 3 sauces.

Fresh Egg Pasta dough + Basil Pasta Dough
Farfalle - Pesto alla Genovese
Garganelli - Tomato & Eggplant Sauce
Sorpresine - Lemon Parmesan Cream Sauce
We eat what we make! We will cook up the pasta together for a tasting at the end of the class. This is typically enough for a light meal.
Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our Italian Cooking School kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. (NOT at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).
All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.
