About this Event
This culinary program immerses participants in the rich and diverse pasta traditions of Italy. Guided by Chef Luciano Schipano and his expert team, you’ll experience hands‑on instruction in crafting fresh pasta by hand while exploring signature dishes from various Italian regions. Each class features an easy‑to‑replicate recipe, offering an authentic taste of regional flavours and traditional culinary techniques.
Discover Southern Italian cavatelli and the way its unique shape beautifully holds sauce. Participants will learn to hand‑roll and shape the pasta using the classic drag technique—no special tools required—before exploring sauce‑pairing fundamentals designed for optimal cling and consistency. The class concludes with a tasting of cavatelli served with a classic, seasonally appropriate sauce.
