About this Event

Hands-On PASTA Workshop — no prior experience required!

You can make pasta anywhere as long as you have flour and water. In this workshop, we’ll use our hands and a few simple tools — no eggs, no machines, and no special equipment needed. You’ll learn how to mix a classic southern Italian pasta dough by hand and shape it into traditional southern Italian forms.

Each participant will make 8 ounces of fresh pastaenough to serve two adults. Your finished pasta will be packaged and ready to take home at the end of class, along with cooking and storage instructions.

Your ticket includes one complimentary beverage from Ministry of Brewing. Additional drinks will be available for purchase during the event.

This is a hands-on pasta workshop, led by Chef Laurie Boucher (@baltimorehomecook), former pasta chef at Cafe Campli and owner of Pasta Made Simple, which hosts private at home pasta parties, group classes, and team building pasta-making events.
