keep your noodles in top form. Whether you are a curious beginner or a seasoned home cook, this
skill will elevate your kitchen game year-round.
Once your pasta is ready, you will get to pair it with your choice of classic red (marinara) or creamy
white (Alfredo) sauce—and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a delicious meal.
Meet Your Instructor: Jake is a self-taught home cook whose passion for food began as a hobby and grew into a culinary calling. A former student of The Kitchen Engine, Jake took nearly every class offered before joining as an instructor. His motto? “Try everything once!” Ask him about his pets—they are big fans of his cooking too.
On the menu: Handmade fettuccine (by you!), with red sauce (marinara) and/or a white (alfredo) sauce. Mangia!
