About this Event
Join Chef Ed at the historic Burlington County Agricultural Center farmhouse for an intensive 100% hands on pasta technique class. In this class we will review the history, ingredients and equipment to make great pasta at home. Attendees wil make and shape different doughs from scratch including egg dough, egg yolk dough, semolina dough, and colored dough. We will cook and eat our pasta, antipasto will be provided. This event is BYOB.
