With a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and a Master's in Biomedicine, she blends cutting-edge science with timeless wisdom to guide individuals through transformative life changes.
As a published clinical researcher with over 22 publications on weight loss and lifestyle modification, Dr. Behr provides evidence-based insights to empower individuals on their wellness journey.
