Join us for an innovative afternoon of yoga, PLUS creative movement, play, reflection, rejuvenation, and the expansive space to do so. Led by Beth Stone & Mia Mezo 5/4/24

Sink in to a space where anything is possible. That awakens the creative side of you. That allows you to access parts of yourself you find hard to surface in the day to day. With our time together, you will-
*Have an improv project as a creative prompt
*Activate that vocal toning and throat chakra
*Enjoy guided or freestyle journaling
*Move into a brief gentle yoga practice and somatic connection - breathwork, active movement, stillness, vocal toning
*Mingle in small groups to create movement pieces
*Be guided in a supported way to help YOU move from head to heart and body
*Play. Just play and be
We're excited to offer this as the first of its kind; A workshop to explore creativity AND bring yogic principles into creative practices. It’s about us all sharing the intersection of yoga in life, our everyday, and how we can integrate yoga in any and every moment.
This workshop is good for anyone. But if you are a creative, writer, performer, dancer, improv comic, anyone who needs more PLAY, likes more PLAY, yearns for a time with simple creativity and freedom, we want to see you here.
