Join Uma as she uses her techniques in leading you through progressive relaxation to achieve the hypnotic state, guided meditation and visualization to take you back through lifetimes to resolve current life issues, learn about yourself and receive self healing. These sessions are deeply profound and healing, time is allowed at the end of the meditation for group sharing and discussion.
