Travel beyond space and time...What you'll need: Curiosity and an open mind.
What you can expect: It doesn't matter if you're new or a veteran to hypnosis, trance, meditation, or regression, you can have a meaningful experience.
First, you will be led through visualization exercises to show you where in the mind you go (and to show you how natural it is!) to "see" your past life.
Then you'll be led through a past life that will be relevant for you to see at the time in order to make insightful connections. There will be in between times to take a short break and discuss the experiences happening in the group (though you don't have to share if you don't want to, of course).
This is an excellent opportunity to practice mindfulness, meditation, enhance your spiritual gifts, and connect more directly with your Higher Self and higher energies.
You'll want to dress comfy and feel free to bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, etc. if you want to recline, though these things will be available at the location.
Cash/Venmo will be accepted at door, but it is best to reserve your spot through the Eventbrite link due to limited seating (please let me know ahead of time if you are paying in person so I can have your name down).
