Join us for a sacred evening of heart-opening connection and deep inner exploration.
We will begin by gathering in a ceremonial cacao circle. Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that gently softens the nervous system, quiets the analytical mind, and deepens our connection to the subconscious. By opening the heart and creating a grounded, receptive inner state, cacao helps participants relax into trust and inner awareness - supporting the hypnotic process and allowing memories and insights to surface with greater ease and safety. This intentional opening creates a cohesive energetic field that prepares us for the regression work ahead.
Group past life regressions use guided hypnosis to explore and heal karmic imprints carried across lifetimes. In a shared energetic field, participants are led into a deep, meditative state where subconscious memories, patterns, and themes can surface for awareness and release.
By recognizing repeating behaviors, emotional patterns, or blocks that did not originate in this lifetime, participants can begin to dissolve toxic cycles and self-limiting beliefs. Bringing these imprints into conscious awareness allows healing to occur on spiritual, emotional, and even physical levels.
Participants must be energetically open and willing to receive the experience. While each journey is personal and unique, the collective field often amplifies clarity, safety, and depth. Understanding the purpose of the process helps align participants with a higher frequency of healing, opening new perspectives, insights, and timelines.

I am a native of Rhode Island and proud aunt to two beautiful nieces. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2013 and in 2016 I earned my national board certification in holistic health.
I have worked closely with ceremonial cacao for over 6 years both personally and with friends, family, clients and the community. My cacao training includes mentorship with Alexa Iya Soro and a 10 week in-depth cacao training with The Mayan Wisdom Project.
I believe in the power of healing in community. I am here to serve with BIG LOVE and I very much look forward to CO-creating a healing experience with you.
How to prepare:
Please do not eat for 2 hours before the circle, or eat lightly. Bring water and a journal and pen for reflection and intention-setting.
