Passport Through the Botanic Park is the Yampa River Botanic Park’s signature summer gala, where guests explore plant collections native to Colorado and similar environments worldwide while savoring global cuisine, fine wines, and captivating entertainment.This year, journey through the Park while discovering remarkable gardens from around the globe, with plants that thrive in high-elevation and alpine environments similar to our own.
Travel from the alpine landscapes of Nagano, Japan to the Arctic beauty of Tromsø, Norway, and on to celebrated gardens in Sweden, France, Switzerland, and Italy. Continue your journey through the Andes with stops in Bogotá, Colombia and Pisac, Peru. Each destination offers a unique glimpse into how gardens around the world adapt, inspire, and connect us through plants.
Along the way, enjoy globally inspired cuisine and wine pairings at beautifully themed stations nestled among the gardens. Live entertainment will be sure to delight throughout the evening, with captivating performances by local musicians. The fun doesn't stop there; the evening will conclude with a Live Auction on the Green, as well as an Online Auction for friends and family near and far to participate.
