Passive House Prefabricated Construction Project Tour

Collective Carpentry (Prefabrication Manufacturer and Installer), Shape Architecture Studio (Architect), and Pivot Windows invite you to tour our upcoming project in Paonia, CO, during the panel installation phase of construction.

The design for this elegantly designed and thoughtfully sited single-family residence was inspired by the canonical text, "A Pattern Language." The "" is currently PHIUS CORE 2024 Design Certified and is in the process of becoming a fully certified Passive House.

Pattern House marks the second built collaboration between Shape Architecture and Collective Carpentry, with more projects upcoming soon! Attendees will learn about the project design, performance goals, process, and benefits of prefabricated construction.

Please arrive by 4:30 p.m. to hear a brief project presentation and discussion with Morgan Law and Sarah Vanderpool (Shape Architecture), Glenn Hughes (General Contractor), Andrew Dryden and Jesse Zarcher (Pivot Windows), and Rane Wardwell(Collective Carpentry). Light refreshments will be provided.

This is an active construction site. Appropriate closed-toe footwear is required.
