The Passion WOD 2026, hosted by FAITH RXD, is a global CrossFit workout on Good Friday designed to honor the sacrifice of Jesus through faith-based, physical challenge.
Workout Structure:
300 Double Unders (or 600 singles) - Symbolizing the whipping.
800m Barbell Backrack Carry (95/65 lbs) - Symbolizing carrying the cross.
100 Burpees - Symbolizing death and resurrection.
