Kate Lumley is the Executive Director of Landrex, where she leads strategy, operations, and development across Alberta’s commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and land projects. Passionate about mentorship and female leadership, she is focused on strengthening and scaling the organization.
Megan Barclay started at ProLux in 2014, worked her way from the warehouse into leadership, ultimately becoming a principle partner. She is passionate about problem-solving, people, and building collaborative relationships that drive sustainable success.
Layna Haley, founder of Kaleo Collective, transformed her lived experience as a single mother into a powerful community supporting families across Alberta and B.C. Driven by compassion and connection, she now leads a growing network creating meaningful change for single mothers and their children.
Laura Rogerson, founder of breadlove in St.Albert, where she creates hand-crafted artisan bread inspired by traditional baking a deep sense of community. Through hands-on clases and a welcoming space in downtown St.Albert, breadlove has become a go-to gathering for locals
