Cohort Model & Upcoming Dates

C2P runs in small, collaborative cohorts that move through the program together over three months. Each cohort includes three in-person sessions plus an individualized one-to-one mentorship session scheduled between sessions.

Program Structure:

Month 1: Half-day in-person session (3 hours) — business foundations and growth goals
Month 2: In-person or virtual session (1.5 hours) — refinement, progress, and next steps
Month 3: In-person or virtual session (1.5 hours) — final planning, accountability, and growth strategies
Additional one-to-one mentorship session with Darryl Lesiuk (scheduled individually)
