Pasqua on the Prairies
A family style dinner inspired by Easter traditions of Italy, while incorporating seasonal, local provisions of western Canada including Coastal British Columbia and the prairie lands of Alberta.
Guest chef Josh Cocca of Strega Nona will be cooking along side chef Garret Mitchell of Food works for this very special evening.
You can expect a traditional Italian meal format, coursed dishes presented communally to encourage interaction, conversation and hospitality. Curated wine selections available for sale as well as digestivo options and a few surprises along the way.
Pasqua on the Prairies is the first edition of the Host table dining series presented by Food works craft catering & The B Block group.
