For one evening, we’re bringing the spirit of Paso Robles wine country to Henderson with a relaxed and curated tasting experience featuring a guided flight of Hawks Hill Ranch wines paired alongside charcuterie selections.
Throughout the tasting, guests will explore the story behind Hawks Hill Ranch, a 240-acre working ranch and vineyard estate perched high on the rugged west side of Paso Robles. Known for farming some of the highest planted vineyards in the region, Hawks Hill Ranch produces acclaimed Rhône and Bordeaux varietals shaped by elevation, coastal influence, and regenerative farming practices.
