Week 2: Mercado de los Andes (Trade & Textiles): Weaving workshops, potato science (3,000+ varieties), and managing a mock "Mercado" with currency exchange.
Week 3: Café Mediterráneo (European Flavors): Gaudí-inspired mosaic art, olive oil tasting/production science, and running a bilingual café.
